Gucci GG Marmont
The GG Marmont is the defining Gucci bag of the last decade: chevron-quilted matelassé leather with an antique-gold double-G closure and a heart-shaped quilt panel at the back. The small shoulder flap and the camera bag are the two versions we see most in Australia. The soft leather is the thing to inspect — corners round off and the flap edge scuffs with wear, and the antique-gold plating can rub at the closure.

Which GG Marmont size is most practical?
The small shoulder flap at around 26cm holds a phone, cardholder and keys and can be worn shoulder or crossbody. The camera bag is the more casual, hands-free option.
Does the soft leather wear badly?
